A Butter Coffee Latte is a do-it-yourself version of Bulletproof coffee you can quickly whip up at home. Butter coffee is a great way to extend the fast that occurs during sleep and kick-starts your morning with medium-chain triglycerides and caffeine. Butter coffee contains vitamin A, a fat-soluble vitamin that benefits immune function, vision, hair, skin, and nails. Butter coffee also provides a good fuel source because it contains healthy fats but no carbohydrates. I like the flavor and richness of butter coffee and enjoy it as part of The Culinary Cure Time Restricted Eating Program.
