  • 1 15 oz can organic canned pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons creamy almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or brown sugar
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • 2 cups organic vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • toasted pumpkin seeds


  1. Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth
  2. Top with a shake of pumpkin pie spice and garnish with pumpkin seeds
