Antioxidant Fruit Pops & Prosecco

Antioxidant-rich fruit pops turn prosecco into a “healthyish” cocktail. Serve by pouring a glass of prosecco and placing a popsicle in each glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle prosecco
  • 2 cups fresh berries
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • popsicle mold

Instructions

  1. In a blender of the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade, add berries, lemon juice and water. Puree until liquid.

  2. Pour berry liquid into popsicle mold and freeze overnight.

  3. Serve by pouring a glass of prosecco and placing a popsicle in each glass
