
Lavender Chai Latte with CBD
Bring on the calm with this relaxing concoction that combines the soothing properties of lavender and CBD, with chai and cashew milk. I like to sip this in the afternoon — when I want a little boost of caffeine but none of the anxiety associated with coffee. A Lavender chai latte is a great wake-up call, or a pick-me-up treat for a stressful day.

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk or plant-based milk of choice
- 1 cup Tazo or other organic chai latte concentrate
- 2 Tbsp. dried culinary lavender
- 1 mg unflavored CBD oil
Instructions
- Heat milk and chai together in a medium pot until beginning to boil.
- Add lavender and cover; let steep for 3 minutes. Pour through a fine-mesh strainer to remove lavender.
- Add CBD oil, stir to combine and pour in mugs.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
I suggest only buying CBD from reputable companies in the United States.
This lavender chai latte is a great way to relax after a long day of exertion and hard work it really eases the nerves, reduces inflammation, anxiety and insomnia.
