Is it just me, or was April insane?

Between the total eclipse of the sun and Mercury in retrograde, April 1st-24th, things in my life felt off.

And I got off my hydration schedule.

So, I want to remind you of the importance of hydration for everything from sleep and energy to your mood and appetite.

  • Your body is 60-80% water.
  • All of your major organs require water to function.
  • Being even a little dehydrated affects the quality and duration of your sleep.

The list goes on and on.

So, when life happens, and you realize you are off your hydration schedule, grab a glass of water and get back on track.

It’s that simple. Don’t overthink it or procrastinate, just start to hydrate.

One of my favorite ways to get back on track with hydration, and life, is to take a steamy hot bath, read the latest issue of The Pro Age Woman Magazine, and drink a big bottle of water while I soak.

It helps with EVERYTHING!
