This is a starting point to harness the power of daily habits for resilient wellness. Your body is brilliantly designed to last an active lifetime. It is up to you to provide your body with all the things it needs to keep you healthy and functioning at your best. In a nutshell, little daily habits can help you or hurt you. So adopt the habits that will provide you with the greatest health benefits, and eliminate the ones that are negatively affecting you.
I suggest you take a look at a typical day, decide the easiest habits for you to add, and start doing them daily. After a few weeks, add one or two more healthy habits. Try eliminating the inflammation causing foods one at a time. Evaluate how that makes you feel. Obviously, you don’t have to do all the things in this guide. Think of this as your checklist for ideas to help you find the habits that work best for you.
