Raw fruits, vegetables, and herbs are the holy grail for supporting women’s hormone health and reducing inflammation. I love this filled with goodness raw beet slaw for fall. Never underestimate the power of beets; they stimulate our blood, speed up elimination, and support a healthy gut microbiome.

Knowing how to use food and habit intentionally helps us master and minimize symptoms and frustrations that keep us from looking and feeling our best.
