This is my go-to fiber, fat and protein breakfast for busy mornings. The banana mug muffin is always good, including hemp seeds and berries adds more beneficial nutrients, packing this mug muffin with about 15 grams of protein and lots of delicious flavor.
Hemp Heart and Berry Banana Mug Muffin Recipe
- 2 ripe bananas mushed
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tbsp. Hemp Hearts
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tsp. ground cinnam on
Mush the banana in the skin first and then squeeze it into a small mixing bowl and mash with a fork till smoothish.
Whisk 3 eggs into mashed banana mixture, add hemp hearts, cinnamon and blueberries.
Pour into coffee mugs and microwave on high for 3.5 minutes.
Top with ground cinnamon and enjoy!
