Green Olive Gremolata Recipe

Makes 1 1/2 cups

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp. Sherry or red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 cups pitted green olives of your choice, chopped
  • 1/3 cups flat leaf parsley chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with sea salt to taste
