Green Olive Gremolata Recipe
Makes 1 1/2 cups
- 3 tbsp. Sherry or red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups pitted green olives of your choice, chopped
- 1/3 cups flat leaf parsley chopped
- 1 clove garlic minced
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and season with sea salt to taste
