This fresh mango salsa recipe will jazz up any summer meal. Naturally sweet and tasty as a bbq glaze, dip or sauce for grilled foods.

Fresh Mango Salsa Recipe

Servings 6 people

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango peeled, pitted, and finely diced (1 1/2 cups)
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • 3 tbsp fresh cilantro leaves chopped
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 jalapeño minced - on the side

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except jalapeño in a medium bowl. Toss with lime juice.
  2. Alternatively use a food processor and gently pulse until desired texture is achieved.

Recipe Notes

Serve as a tasty sauce with grilled everything or use as a fun dip. Keep the jalapeño on the side for those who like it hot.
