There is something so decadent about adding a dollop of horseradish sauce to a perfectly cooked piece of roast beef or tenderloin. This recipe was much-requested during my catering years because I always served it with my Perfect Every Time Beef Tenderloin. It’s a culinary love match!
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp drained prepared horseradish
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives
- 1 tsp freshly cracked pepper
Whisk all ingredients together and place in a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped chives.
