I suggest adding 1 tsp of the fiber supplement to a big glass of water 30 minutes before meals to support digestion and minimize over eating. You can work up to 1 tablespoon.
DIY Fiber Supplement
- 1 cup ground psyllium husk
- 1 cup ground raw flax seed
Combine both in a bowl and mix well.
Store in a glass jar in the refrigerator.
