Seven years ago, I began researching how we age. I signed up for courses; I read hundreds of books, hired coaches, and dug deep into the things that help us live younger, longer and better.

I began formulating programs based on proven, practical techniques that meet people where they are and help them develop life science skills to make meaningful, lasting improvements in their wellness.

Along the way, I became fascinated by the power of hydration. I discovered that most of us are partially, if not seriously, dehydrated.

When I helped my clients achieve proper hydration, it was easy to get significant improvements in other areas. Things like losing pesky belly fat, improving sleep, managing stress, dialing down cravings, and most interesting of all, there was the added benefit of increased energy and feeling more refreshed each day.

When Tom Brady’s book the TB12 Method came out, I bought a copy for my husband. Sure, I am an Eating Expert and a well-known culinary wellness coach, but my advice and suggestions fall on deaf ears at home.

I asked Bill to read The TB12 Method and let me know what he thought.

Tom Brady is one of the world’s top athletes. He hires the best coaches, uses advanced physiology, and biohacks his habits to achieve peak physical and mental states. Tom is working with the top experts on peak performance and biological aging, and I want to know what the heck he’s doing that works. I also figured Bill would use some of the info to keep himself from another overuse injury at CrossFit.

So, the man reads the book. When I ask him the big takeaways, he tells me that the chapter about hydration is precisely the same information I use in my coaching programs.

WHAT!!!! I grabbed the book and read the chapter! Tom Brady and I believe that hydration is the low-hanging fruit of wellness. It’s the missing link for making lasting wellness change. The power of hydration is overlooked and underutilized!

Here is a quote from The TB12 Method.

“As we get older, we all have to deal with some degree of slowdown, but by bringing together the right variety of tools in a holistic manner, we can decelerate the aging process as most people experience it today.”

“One of the tools, the first–proper hydration–is, to me, by far the most important.” Tom Brady

Not one of us wants to be some aging, lazy version of our younger self who just let life happen, lost the spark, and slid into middle age.

That’s a HORRIBLE idea!

We want lives packed with:

  •  Abundant energy
  •  Restorative rest
  •  Bodies we love
  •  Feeling amazing
  •  Healthy and strong
  •  Glowing skin
  •  Less stress
  •  Purpose and passion for what we love to do

Do NOT let another year slip by without taking proactive steps for increased daily vitality.

Learn how to optimize the power of hydration and reset to your factory settings to make this the year you begin to live younger, longer and better.

The Culinary Cure 21 Day Detox and Reset begins again soon.

The program gets impressive results, and I teach you how to use the power of hydration.

The 21 Day Detox and Reset is not a diet, but everyone loses weight, improves sleep, banishes cravings and belly bloat, and is happier with how they look and feel.

I created The 21 Day Detox and Reset as a way for people to get back on track when life gets in the way. Diets don’t work, but lifestyles do.

Seriously, your wellness is worth a program that costs less than $30 a day! Why make excuses when you can decide you and your future self are worth it.

Twenty-one days can change your life.

We get three months of work done in 21 days, and you walk away with tools you can use for a lifetime of health, starting with proper hydration.

I look forward to having you in the program.

Eat Well. Be Well.
